U.s visa suspended in manila embassy due to finger scanning?

I had my visa renewed a few days ago, but the consul officer suspended it. They said, my fingers are so dry.. and they have a problem scanning my fingers. they gave me a green paper stating that i have to come back after my hands have healed. Has anyone tried that? what did they do after??

Try using Elta skin repair creme. You can order it from the pharmacy, but it does not require a prescription. Then go back and try it again.

As long as they can do your prints later on, and there are no matches indicating any problems you didn't reveal earlier, you shouldn't have any problems getting a new visa.
