  1. You can use the vest while exercising especially if you are doing plyometrics.

    I would not use the vest for road work or sparing.

    They are mainly used during drills.


  2. It might, just be careful with yur joints if you're making sudden movements.

  3. that is way to much weight and would be bad for your back. start out with a 10 pound vest and see how you feel after a 3 hour boxing session. if you can go up in increments of 1 pound. most weighted vest allow for you to add and take out the weights
