I've tried to check for you but I don't know where exactly so I'll just name clubs that look promising (I'm assuming you're looking for girls teams):

East Islip Rugby Football Club U-19

Kingston U-19 Girls

New York Rugby Club, Inc U-19 Girls

Capital District Youth Rugby Girls

I have omitted some listed teams because they appeared to be high school teams but you might be able to figure that out better than me.
