UAE - Driving License?

Question

I need to transfer my Abu Dhabi D/L to Dubai.

I also completed all the formalities in Abu Dhabi.

Can anyone brief the procedures in Dubai?

Please visit the RTA site of dubai and go through it , But i failed to understand why do you want to change the driving license ??? It will be valid in all the emirates then why go through so much of trouble????
