UAE employment visa cancellation trouble?

Question

if i already signed contract with one of hotel in dubai and they already got my employment visa

but the other time i get another better offer from other hotel also in dubai

can i get employment visa from this new hotel?

because i prefer to join with this new hotel

im afraid if the old employment visa will become a trouble for me to get new employment visa from the new hotel that i want

i had run away to my company and eventhough i dont have the plan to comeback i still wanted to cancel my visa for as i will no any trouble maybe if apply to the other country maybe.how would i possibly do that??you think my company will still do that after i run away???
pls i do need an answer bcoz im still worried..
