UC Berkeley ---> College of Letters and Science Requirements?

Ok, I am totally confused.

I am a hopeful Berkeley student for Fall 2009.

I want to major in Mass Communications which is in the L&S college.

I wanna know what are the requirements (not for the major) but for Berkeley and L&S college.
