its not that big of school, do you think its hard to make the team? and is there an intramural team?

Colleges don't usually have "tryouts" the way high schools and clubs do though.  The coaches usually recruit players they see at various club tournaments.  Since there are so many players to consider, contact the coaches yourself and send them some information about you and which tournaments your club team will be playing.  

Most universities have quite a few ways you can stay active in athletics.  There are usually intercollegiate club teams, which are paid for by the participants.  It looks like UCF has a women's club volleyball team -- http://ucfclubvballw.tripod.com/.  There are also intramurals, which are teams of other university students, who play one another somewhere on campus.
