UEFA Champions League Match Report: Benfica vs Manchester United – Part 2
Following the conclusion of the half time break, both the team re-emerged onto the pitch and looked to try and get the better of their opponents, in order to secure a maximum number of points from the game.

In the 66th minute Nolito went on to thump a shot goal wards, but Lindegaard went on to produce another fine save to prevent his side from trailing in the game.
In the 77th minute of the game, Benfica maintained their pressure as Gaitin tried to find the back of the net. Unfortunately for Benfica, Lindegaard was in fine form during the game and tipped behind the player’s effort.
In the 87th minute, it seemed like Nolito would finally give Benfica the lead in the game. After the ball luckily fell into his feet in the area, he somehow managed to steer his effort into the side netting, instead of putting it in the goal.
Soon after that miss, the referee blew the whistle to signal the end of the game, with both United and Benfica taking home one point from the game.
