Goals from Tim Matavz and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ola-Toivonen-c28363 in the opening 10 minutes gave the Eredivisie outfit a first-leg advantage, as the Turkish side failed to get back into the game.

At the full time whistle, the score-line read 2-1 in favour of the Eindhoven giants, who are now favourites to progress through to the next phase of the competition. The second-leg will be played at Philips Stadion on February 23.
