Well, those were the contracts that the fighters signed, so yeah. BJ and Wand were also given win bonuses, and both Sherk and Jardine would've doubled their purse with a win.  Keep in mind, that doesn't include any bonuses given to them by Zuffa which don't have to be reported, and it doesn't include sponsorship deals, which many fighters actually make the majority of their money from.

Rest assured, Sherk and Jardine made much more than that 45 thousand combined.

Jardine is still on his TUF contract which is why they are so low.  And most of the big payouts are because of incentives earned in the fight, plus win bonuses which is why Sean Sherk's is lower than B.J.'s
