  1. What fight were you watching? Jardine was out and Mazzagatti probably saved him from serious long-term damage.'

As David Spade mouthed after the fight while Jardine was down...."Holy F***".

  2. As with the majority of the comments, in simple terms, DESTRUCTION.  What part of that fight did it seem like Jardine would not have been killed, literally?  I was surprised at one point why the fight wasn't stopped even earlier, but then to watch in again at regular speed. Silva's hands were moving so fast, I think Mazagatti called it has fast as he could.

I thought he was going to be carried out on a stretcher.

  3. No, because if he didn't stop it at that time, Keith Jardine would have been hurt really bad. Wanderlei would have punded him until he was unconcious. He wasn't even moving for a few seconds after the match. He was lucky to have walked out of there on his own.

And by the way, don't use "still breathing" as basis for not stopping the fight. It's MMA, not battle to the death.

  4. No way, Jardine got beat down.\

And he layed on the ground forever after the fight was stopped.

  5. No way.... Axe was literally grabbing him on his neck on his grip and punching him in the face and Jardine laying their like a dead fish out of water. That was the first time I've seen something like this in MMA. Everyone there watching was cracking up in laughter.

I thought it was dumb for Jardine to step up to Axe like that given the KO power he has. And Jardine is tall, so he has good reach and he'll be hard for him to evade shots once he's close to his opponent. Thus..that happen.

  6. No way.  Silva grabbed him by the throat and just punched him a few times and then Keith's whole body stiffened up and he was done.

Silva has so much class, as he was trying to go over and check on him to see if he was OK.

  7. not at all. jardine was rocked bad! He even got knocked out. he even stiffend up n his eyes rolled back with the last 3 punches! SILVA ran threw Keith as expected. jardine is a joke. n he was KO'd, no doubt here

  8. meh. either way

  9. lol - I thought Jardine might have been dead or seriouly injured for about 5 minutes after the "questionable stoppage."  When they showed David Spade in the audience he looked concerned and said "oh sh*t."  That is exactly what I was whispering to myself at home.

However I was very happy to see The Dean of Mean walk out by himself after the fight.  Nice question smart @ss ;)

  10. Dude watch the fight one more time...he was breathing erratically witch isn't a good sign cause it means your unconscious...He was knocked out!!!!!

He looked like he was ready to be put in a casket laying flat on his back with his arms crossed on his stomach...

    Watch the fight again bro...

  11. I think Silva would have killed him if it wasn't stopped.
