UFC gyms on long Island?

is there any gyms where I can work out and train like a UFC fighter would.

  1. no "UFC" gyms, but there are some local jiu-jitsu and mix martial arts gym.


  2. Randy Couture has an "Xtreme Couture" gym in Centereach, NY right off of Middle Country Road.  Also, there's a Throwdown Gym in Centerport, NY right off of 25A
