UFC light heavyweight weigh ins?

Question

Can anyone tell me how Anderson Silva and James Irvine weighed in for their UFC light heavyweight bout (185lbs to 205lbs) at 206lbs?

Wouldnt this put them in the heavyweight division (205lbs to 265lbs)?

Irvin originally weighed in at 207.5 pounds, 1.5 pounds over the non-championship light heavyweight limit, but successfully reached the 206 pound limit on a second weigh-in attempt.

a fighter who is 200lbs and above is considered a heavy-weight fighter. silva and irvine weighs? with empty or full stomach?

No.  They are allowed to be 1 lb. over.  

So if your weight class is 185, you can weigh 186.  

This is really due to calibration of scales, protests, etc.

they do allow you to go 1 pound over ,also if your more than 1 pound over the other fighter can still except the fight and it is considered a (catch weight )fight.Like Matt hughes vs thiago alves & anderson silva vs travis lutter were
