UFO??this is crazy???

You know what i dont get if a UFO comes on earth faster tehn the speed of light...and comes on earth for few seconds and leaves ...what a waste of time....are they stupid...it probably took them about millions of years to come that far..and there just going to leave without doing anything..

Seems unlikely that an alien space ship can go faster than the speed of light, at least according to modern physics.

Most UFO sightings are short.  If you had longer to look at one, you might identify it.  Then it would be an IFO - Identified Flying Object.  I've seen lots of UFOs turn into IFOs, at night while observing.  Sometimes all it takes is to get out my binoculars.

But sometimes things stay UFOs.  I haven't seen anything that led me to believe it came from somewhere other than the Earth.

Carl Sagan's book, The Demon Haunted World is available at your local library.  He's got a good argument about the millions of UFO sightings.  Either they're aliens visiting us all the time, or they are the product of mass hallucinations.  Both claims are extraordinary.  Sagan's conclusion is mass hallucinations.  This a must read on this subject.

So many people find it so easy to believe that "they" have come here...or are here....but...so many more people know better than that.

How does anyone know that UFOs only visit for a few seconds. It is true that most sightings only last mere seconds, but the sighting is the only thing that last seconds, the UFO's visit could be and probably is much longer than what most people sight. Also, it might be possible that the aliens that are visiting also posses some type of cloaking technology which would enable them to visit with out detection from any radar or equipment of the sort we may have here on earth so they could be here for days, weeks, and months and go unoticed. Maybe they've been outside your window watching you for the last two hours and you just can't see them. . .

there's some who theorize earth's upper atmosphere might contain a vital 'fuel' that their craft uses....

being that earth is really the only planet around with our atmosphere, it would make us a target of space travelers.

How do you know it took them years to come?  Maybe it takes them just few seconds to "beam" from one place to another.  They have probbly been to most parts of the universe, if they can come here.  Or who know our ancestorers may have come from there and have been living here for so many years that no trace of our origin have remain.  Or maybe they have, look at the mayan civilization, or Egyptian.  They were so advanced, that they build their cities with the most basic of tools, like a hammer and a chisel
