UGH I urgently need to loose weight??

ok my problem is then I see girls my age ALL my friends are skinnier then me , except for like 1 & she gets teased a lot by like guys & stuff.. :( like before I used to be on the skinny side & now all of a sudden everybody's so skinny & I just seem to be getter fatter & fatter. I mean I'm not like HUMONGOUS or anything but I'm like 100pounds .. or w.e . .. i feel fat & I think its because I eat like hamburgers & fries & tim Horton's all the time Lol :):P but i don't know any food that tastes good that's healthy! & I'm trying to make a exercise routine to help me out.. lol i have nothing really wrong with my upper half just my thighs hips & i want abs for my stomach area lol :) could anybody give me some tips to loose weight?? & A exercise routine or something.. :) thank you!!!

  3. First of all how tall are you?  You said you ONLY weigh 100 lbs.

    You might not be overweight at all.

    BUT if you feel unhealthy you should start exercising, make  healthier choices when you eat, drink more water instead of sodas and juices And try not to eat past 7pm every night.

    Walking is a healthy way to exercise. Do an exercise video with friends or join a sports team.

    2. If you're over 13 than you're underweight unless you're like 4'8".

    3.When you're young breaking that 100 pound marker is hard. But when you're 18 and someone is 100 lbs. they look disgustingly skinny.

    4. just cut out pop, candy, chips, potatoes, fast food.

    5.try soup, steamed carrots in butter lemon juice and basal, smoothies in the fruit isle they're in a pouch, real fruit juice, yogurt with granola, and carmel rice cakes.


  5. If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 small meals a day. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more. But, the meals should be mostly healthy but for dessert give yourself a nice treat. For exercise, you need to make sure you don’t overdue it. A good exercise I enjoy doing is Pilates for weight lose. You can buy that DVD at target. It works great. also, you can run, power walk, do crunches, sit-ups, a sport, swim, an exercise ball and just having your heart pumping and making u sweat is when u no the workout is working. Keep doing this and you will see results. Also, if you want to build muscle lift weights.
