UGH!!! Time of the month has appeared grrrr?

What do you girls do to relieve the pains of when you have just started your period? I feel so UGH and just wanna collapse in one heap on the floor lol

  1. Something warm on the lower abdomen really helps me, but also Pamprin.  I didn't realize how good it was!


  2. Take Pills. For Example, Midol....It really helps. ALOT. Expically for really bad cramps =) You can get it at a Pharmacy or Drug Store. (Walgreens, Walmart, Rite Aid, Duane Reade)

  3. Hot bath with Epsom salt, a couple of Pamprins  and hot cocoa.

  4. I just usually take a bath or go for long walks or ride my bike :]

  5. i take pamprin. it SERIOUSLY works. it makes u feel better physically and mentally. and of course every girls favorite anticdote.......CHOCOLATE

  6. Hot water bottle on my stomache. Box of chocs and a bottle of JD.

    Lay down in a hot shower

    stretch

    warm compress

    s*x sometimes  

  8. Advil and drink lots of water but not so much that you feel like your stomach is a water balloon.

    - Good Book

    - Favorite Movie

    - Teddy Bear

    and lots of Advil  

  10. Midol or Ibuprofen for the cramps and bloating. Try an herbal tea to help too. And as painful as it sounds, exercising is a great way to make your periods healthier and easier. Be sure to get plenty of sleep too and eat a healthy diet. No caffeine while the time is passing and plenty of water.

  11. i know how you feel. i cant even stand sometimes, because my legs are like as if i walked really far. take some advil. and if it doesnt change within an hour, take one more advil. DO NOT MIX ADVIL OR ANY OTHER MEDICATIONS TOGETHER!! the chemicals can cause a reaction. so take one or the other. and then if advil doesnt work this time, try Tylenol next time.

  12. take a hot bath....and avoid caffine

  13. use a heating pad. that's what i do.
