UGH!

Question

Guess I'm showing my age here. My 10 year old and I are trying to download a song from itunes. Itunes says I've downloaded it, but I'll be darned if I know where it is. The player was connected when we purchased the song, but it doesn't appear to be there. Besides help with this specific issue, is there a place where I can get a copy of the user's manual?Thanks in advance for your assistance.Karen
