  1. Unfortunately, probably a lot more than in previous years.

  2. If the weather continues like this we're more likely to die of drowning.

  3. Nothing changes no matter who is in power, I seem to remember a conservative minister recommending that the elderly should wear woolly hats

  4. Approx 30000 die in the UK each year from hypothermia.  This year?  Sorry I don't know, my crystal ball appears to be malfunctioning.

  5. d**n, beat to it, 86 as Buddha states.

  6. Sadly, I think there will be more deaths than usual due to the high cost of heating a home.  I do have to wonder if the resident at number 11 Downing Street will be turning off his heating and doubling up on his long johns?

  7. 183

  8. 32 and 1/2

  9. Woah, is your summer over already? That was quick.

  10. 1 chillion!!

    sorry, hopefully nobody

  11. Lot's of pensioners who spend their winter fuel allowances on Christmas presents in December, instead of heating bills in January.

Then complain about having to make choices between food and heating.

£250 quite comfortably pays the winter bills for the quarter.

  12. Well, we just got free energy saving light bulbs fro E - on.  I think we are suppose to sit around them to keep warm.!!!!

  13. I hope I won't... I will get the heater at home and a jacket to make me feel nice and cosy=)

  14. Too many & if not from hypothermia it will be from depression......

  15. 86
