UK CRB Check?

Question

I got in to trouble when I was younger, it all happen when I was under 18 and Im 22 now. Ive never been to prison.

Would my record show up on a CRB check?

it will, if the crime corresponds with your job, i.e if you want to be a teacher, and you are on the child s*x offenders list, then you would not get the job, however if its stealing, or drugs or whatever it shouldnt matter, however it is at your employers discretion. (y)

yes it will show up , i think they don't go off for about 8 years if no convictions think its 15 years if there was convictions i'm sure there will be more info on the govenment website x

The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), an Executive Agency of the Home Office, provides wider access to criminal record information through its Disclosure service.  This service enables organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors to make safer recruitment decisions by identifying candidates who may be unsuitable for certain work, especially that involve children or vulnerable adults.  The CRB was established under Part V of the Police Act 1997 and was launched in March 2002.

i got in trouble when i was younger it was about 12 years ago. i had to have a crb check so i could work with vunerable people like kids and s*x victims for a job i wanted. i didnt get the job cos i had a fine when i was younger and it was on my crb thing. i never hurt anyone it was just for being drunk and mouthing off

Yes it will, well, If u are charged. I dont think cautions show up.

Yes it would but you must inform your employer of this before he finds out himself.

even though you havnt faced imprisonment, it still gets logged under the police dept. but gets destroyed usually after 2 years - thats for the really minor crimes only.

For any police reports that are really minor they dont effect your crb check

but the police swill let you know if this will effect you in any way i.e getting job etc. not all serches and investigation gets logged as a crime

Yes it should show up thats what the checks are for hun.....cautions show up...ccj....anything!
