Not sure if this will help, but there is a website called say no to 0870. It gives lots of info on theses numbers. It also has a page where you can put in a 0870 or similar number and it give you the standard telephone number to call. Most companies that you call using these numbers actually get paid for you ringing them. Theres lots of info on the site.
