  1. no it really should be fine, if your cousin is ten theres a high chance that she could pass off as 12 so it should be alright.

  2. Although you are well legal to see it i think an 18 year old will have to be there too. If she looks particularly old she may get away with it if you buy both the tickets and hand them both in when they get ripped. If you look old they may think your 18? You should either go with someone who is 18 too or just find another film that is rated below a 12A that you could watch instead incase you cant watch the 12A.

  3. You have to be 18 or over and you have to be with her at all times during the showing.

  4. Well I'm not sure...here's a story I experienced with a friend...

Me and my 12 year old friend were going to the cinema to see the mummy: tomb of the dragon emperor. (I didn't choose the film!) It's a 12A and we were going to go in by ourselves withno adult.

However when we buying tickets a lady came over and said if we couldn't prove we were 12 we couldn't watch it. And we weren't lying or anything! My friend is quite short but she does look like she is 12!

So they wouldn't let us in to see that 12A film because we couldn't prove we were 12, if your cousin is only 10 then you will have much less of a chance of getting in!

You could try but have a backup film in case they odn't let you in which is quite possible.

  5. well 12a means that if your under 12 your only allowed to go see the movie with an adult but most people rarely enforce the age restrictions, i'm 13 and i go to see movies rated 15 all the time so you should be fine.
