Question:

UK Citizens, how do you feel about the EU?

I ask this because I am currently attempting to resist America's absorption into a North American Union with Canada and Mexico, but I have found that a lot of other Americans don't seem to mind the idea.

I have also just learned that the EU is pushing for a Europe-wide biometric ID card, another troubling idea in my opinion.

Are supranational unions positive or negative for sovereign nations, and why?

  1. I'm all for identity cards, deportation of immigrant criminals, death penalty etc. I'm all for forcibly taking DNA samples from every British Citizen.

    I despise the yellow-belly left-wing ban-everything bra-burning apologist multi-culturalists - ruined our country.

If people don't wanna work - put them in the army.

We're one of the highest taxed countries in the world, and you know where our money is going? Shared out on handouts to the lazy left-wing twats, protecting human rights of prisioners and terrorists, and the EU.

And I work my nuts off, pay 15 grand a year in tax and I can't even get my teeth polished without being given a bill for 120 quid - yet every other lazy scrounging scumbag gets it handed on a plate for F**k all.

    Makes me sick.

  2. ???

  3. Theres nothing to resist its been done and signed for by your president in secret without referring to the people or congress.

Hey he's going soon anyway so what did he have to lose.

In theory its a positive thing unification just like Marxism was a positive thing in theory. The reality of why "they" want these unions is not quite so positive. First you need to understand who "they" are and what their agenda is..

  4. F*ck the New World Order.

The answer to 1984 is 1776.

We should elect Ron Paul and go back to being the USA again.

This sh*t is all really making me sick.

  5. Do not like it, and as for biometric ID'S they are like everything else, they simply do not work, and they are a means for every jumped up little Hitler at every level of government to intefere in your life, the criminals just will not care, only ordinary citizens will be affected, and this government keeps losing our data details, guess what will happen with I.D'S there is an agenda here we are not being told about, that is clear, when it is openly reported, but the way it is done through commissioners appointed, not elected by the people, making laws for the masses, and not in a position to be un-elected, we can not vote ourselves out, it is not allowed, please take note this is not a popular idea, in any nation in Europe except the ones who are funded by the poor of other countries, losing out.!

  6. Hey we all had a couple of world war and had to make up. No one has tried to invade America, Canada or Mexico in the last few Hundred years. Maybe the fleet of people walking over the boarder maybe an invasion in the mind of some, but Europe has teamed up and if a country does not like it the people will vote out.

I have not met anyone who thinks the union of America, Canada and Mexico is a good idea. Maybe you are mixing in the wrong circles.

The biometric card seems a good idea to me; as it means free movement and if you are not doing anything wrong, there really is nothing to worry about.

I hope America does not go into this Union, as the small countries in Europe find it hard to agree, imagine how dangerous it would be within the countries that size.
