  1. if you are the one living in the UK and asking for you fiance visa , and have filled out all the documentation required , you should not have any problems,

i do not see why there would be any  , if all is correct , and the relationship can be proved to be truthful as well ?

if all the information is correct , why should they deny a visa ....... please do not worry, it will be okay .

Refusal of indefinite leave to remain for the spouse or civil partner of a person present and settled in the United Kingdom

    289. Indefinite leave to remain for the spouse or civil partner of a person present and settled in the United Kingdom is to be refused if the Secretary of State is not satisfied that each of the requirements of paragraph 287 is met.

as for the time frame? i really cannot tell you ,

it also depends on the origin of the fiance's country, some countries , take a little longer ,

  2. You could be denied temporarily if you're missing something necessary; you could be denied permanently if the consular officer is not convinced that it's a genuine relationship.  But if you provided everything they told you to, and if the relationship is real, don't worry.  Normally the officer will tell you at the end of the interview if the visa will be approved or if you need something else.  If it's approved, depending on the workload, it should be ready within a couple of days at the most.  Don't fret.

  3. It  depends but UK embassy they're faster in processing than others. Less 12months.

    You can't self petition.

    Call the UK embassy
