Question:

UK Marriage Visa - Please help?

I have entered the UK on a working holiday visa from South Africa. I met my partner, he is an UK citizen and we got married befor my visa expired. We have now been married for 4 years and been together for 5 years. I have not applied for a marriage visa yet.

Does being married for 4 years count towards anything in my application?

Am I still assuming that you need to return to your home country for the application?

If anyone is in the same position, it would be appreciated if they could help.
