UK Paper Industry?

Does anyone know how does UK get all the papers for the whole country? Import? From where? What government organisation is monitoring?

Does UK has its own paper manufacturer?

most new wood imported, a little from wales and scotland, not monitored (except for tax of course), several paper and card manufacturers, most use some or all recycled paper in at least some of their products.

main raw wood imports, sweden and far east.
