  1. The girl is animated by computer image effects and was not harmed in the commercial, it is a bit weird to watch. The girl was run over by a car supposedly and the pretend injuries were to demonstrate the effects of hitting someone at 40 mph rather than 30 mph. The girl was photographed inside her home with her mom present and the photo was transferred to a computer for processing and the rest of the public safety film for RoSPA was then constructed around it - the empty road was filmed at great expense!!! after asking the householder for permission to film outside their property and cars or a real accident could not be shown. Unfortunately the film was re-edited by someone and it is shown out of sequence of the event but the message does get across to the viewer
