UK Tax query: Will i be taxed if the check is sent to my offshore account?

I have referred clients to a bank in UK and will receive a commission. if i ask the bank to deposit my check in an offshore account ( say singapore) , do i have to pay UK income tax on the monies if i do not bring the money back to UK.

Are you UK resident?  If so, yes, you do have to pay UK tax, if not resident, you don't.

UK income means UK tax whether you are non-domiciled in the UK or not. If the UK bank is paying you it is UK income.

You can obviously consider not declaring it but legally you should be paying income tax on it.
