UK Visa - Family Visit?

Hello!

I may be applying for UK - Family Visit Visa shortly. How do I show that I WILL return to my home country within the Visa time limit?

I have made a trip before to the UK - Family Visit. I returned within three weeks. But at that time I had a school, and now I am free before I get admitted to a university or college in my home country.

if you are coming here to visit a family, i think it's best that you will be sponsored. new rules from UK border agency is that the sponsor is now liable to the person he/she sponsored. and the best way is show them (documents) that you have something to go back, like work, families, and that you are financially stable in your own country..

Well you need to convince the Visa officer with proper documentation that you have strong enough ties with your country to return back after the mentioned period of visit. You can find all the details in the website of UKBA for visa purposes.
