UK and Canada's "Hollywood?"

where are all the movies filmed and where all the actors live in Canada and the UK?

In Canada, it's VAncouver (known as Hollywood North) where many movies and tv for the US market are made.

Toronto does a lot of Canadian tv and also has a vibrant theatre scene (and musicals, also). They also shoot some movies there. It's a bigger city than VAncouver, so there are more actors there also.

Montreal does a lot of movies for the French market.
