  1. the most- seeing the children happy when they arrive, happy when they leave and happy to come again!!

    the rewarding feeling you get when they achieve something new in your care.

    the worst-parents who don't pay on time-they think we do it for a bit of pocket money.Hey,i earned 17,000 pounds pocket money last year!!

    parents who send ill kids.

    As i have always said- i never have a problem with the kids-it's the parents i have problems with!!

    PAPERWORK!!! GGGRRR!!!!More and more of our time is being taken up with it.Although most of it is essential, some of it is a pain in the neck!!
