UK itunes account working on US itunes store?

i have a itunes account and have about £10 on it. what happens if i go onto the US itunes store and sign in using it will it work???

(to change your itunes store just go to the bottom of the itunes store page andclick on the UK flag)

No - I tried it.

There is, however, something on Blogspot I think, that gives you a US address to register in a US account so you can buy from iTunes US with your converted pounds.

Well you UK iTunes account wont work with the US account, since your location could be tracked with your IP address. So it wont work. Moreover, almost all songs or movies available on the US store is also available on the UK store. So dont worry...!
