I delete these scams and block sender but bugger me don't they re-appear after a few weeks...

I have been a BIG winner a couple of times.  They of course want money to pay for the special courier to bring me my winnings.  My response is " That will not be necessary- I'll be in London soon at an Interpol meeting-- just tell me where I can find you".  Never another word.
