UK only...... Clothes for short girls!!?

Question

I am 5"2 and find it really hard to get trousers to fit me. What shops do you go to where they have short/petite lengths?

I know topshop do a petite section but I find their stuff very cheap looking.

My jeans and joggers drag along the floor :-(

Dorothy Perkins is the best..I'm 5 feet tall and their stuff fits me like a dream. I love love love their jeans..

i think that dorothy perkins do nice petite sizes and there jeans and trousers are always of good quality.

I'm the same height and find it so annoying!!

i am 5ft 1...topshop petites will fit you...theyre too long for me still lol

Get your pants hemmed.  It's not that difficult.  That way you can still be stylish without having to go through the trouble of searched all over for your unique size.

I have the opposite problem to you, i am tall and its hard to find them long enough. I know though that Principles and Dorothy Perkins do a petite range.

I have that trouble too. Primark skinny jeans for instance are a good 6 inches too long. I have managed to get cheap jeans from tesco and asda. Principles do a petite but they are dear. Check out fashion tips on GMTV or this morning for help.

I'm sorry I'm not suggesting stores cause I'm not from the UK but you can always hem your pants... I'm also 5"2' and I know how you feel.

Miss Selfridge do a petite range and it doesn't look cheap.

River Island also do jeans with a petite label so they may do trousers too.

but i am about your height, maybe an inch taller.

I usually shop at abercrombie and fitch, but since you are a little shorter you can try abercrombie kids.

I know they have these types of stores in the UK cause I just looked it up.

the jeans at abercrombie and fitch are a little long even when you get 00short.

so I would recommend abercrombie kids for you.

both stores have very nice quality clothes that look great on almost everyone

except abercrombie and fitch can get a bit pricey.

jeans run about $80 or more per pair.  But definitely worth it!

Next do a petite range, their clothes never look cheap :)

Tesco also do petite and short sizes, but their clothes are cheap and look it, but it's good for joggers and things!

I have the same problem I got some jeans that fit perfect from New Look and I also got some from mail order Empire Stores as they have a leg length of 27in so they are fine for me. M&S and Sainsbury's have short leg lengths in joggers as well. It is hard cause I have a little bum as well, being small is not always good when it comes to clothes.
