UK police entrance fitness test ?

What does the UK police entrance fitness test involve? I'm aware it involves running, but thats all I know.

It depends on which force you are applying to.  Some have a bleep test (timed run that gets faster as you go along), some have sit ups and press ups, some have push pull tests (where you have to push & pull an average amount of weight), some have speed and agility tests, some have grip strength tests etc etc all usually have a combination of all of the above.

My best advice is to contact the force you are/are considering applying to ask them what’s involved.

The fitness tests, like the training program and entrants requirements often change.

If your fit enough to lie, cheat or steal your fit enough to be a copper. Sorry no offence but the good ones all left the force years ago. Only crooks and villians remain. Liars, cheats, thieves are what they want.
