UK residents: What is Spar?

I've been to the UK a couple of times, and now I'm going back there to visit Wales. In Conwy, there is a convenient store called "Spar" down the street. As we are staying in a cottage for a week, it really WOULD be convenient if this was a grocery store. Is it anything like Morrison's? Can anyone explain to me if it's a supermarket, or more like a drug store, etc?

yes its a mini supermarket it sells things like bread, milk, yoghurts etc

so yes its like morrissons but smaller

It's basically like a very small supermarket, they stocks the majority of foods and necessities that a supermarket would stock, but a very scaled down range. Also, due to the smaller size, it also tends to be quite expensive in comparison.
