(UK) t-mobile advertise 'web 'n' walk' what does that mean?

i've seen a phone i like and it has a really good offer for £25 a month 200 mins 200 txts and web 'n' walk.. what does it mean by the web 'n' walk? does it mean i wuld get free internet newhere?

Im Using Web n Walk right now and its not on any contract  and it costs 50p a day no download limit they say 40mb but i manage a lot more and that is the whole Internet not their menu rubbish you are free to go anywhere and mobile aswell Ive been using it for ages and have no complaints its not Broadband though
