UL-Logic Wp8060U drives freeze up my computer.

I am running Vista and when I install the drivers for my new graphic tablet it freezes my computer I have no mouse, no pen. I have to hold down the on/off key and turn the computer off and when I restart I have use the safe mode and uninstall the tablets drives to get mouse back. help pleasePyewackit
