I was on remicade for a year and finally went out of remission.  I had severe side effects like, hives but the most frightening was that it was causing nerve damage.  I had tingling and drooping in fingers.  When I went off the remicade all of the feeling came back.

I am again out of remission and am on 60 mls of prednisone a day and have been for almost a month now with little or no change.  I am not working a present because I am afraid of having an accident.  I am only 56 years old which to me is far to young to become a bag lady.  Is anyone out there familiar with any new meds for us.
