UN Agencies; their budgets and staff?

Question

Does anyone know where I can find a list of ALL the UN's agencies yearly budgets (preferably over time) and the number of people who work in those agencies?

I'm specifically looking for this information about UNCTAD. I've been all over their site and the UNs but I can't find it.

Any help is appreciated.

Why not write UNCTAD directly and ask them where the information is on their site, or for their most recent annual report?

You can do this for any UN agency if you can't find their information on their web sites.
