1) Have owned this group for 5 years--have many text files and folders in the FILES section.
2) Suddenly this year, I've been unable to edit ANY of the files I have put up. When I click on EDIT, I get the FILE ATTRIBUTES, and the AUTO-SEND TO MEMBERS....and no more. Nothing underneath to edit.
3) One file needs monthly additions---I am now unable to add anything.
4) I emailed Customer Support--first she implied I wasn't logged in as owner. I AM LOGGED IN AS OWNER. Then "he" recommended to start new file--I did...and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED---I couldn't edit i.e. if I tried to add, nothing there under Auto-Send.
5) The help stopped coming. They left it unresolved!!
Has anybody gotten successful help for this??
