UNC-CH volleyball camp?

Has anyone been either to that camp or one of the nike high performance camps...I was interested in what it was like and what you took away from the camp?

My friend has gone to a nike camp. He said he had a lot of fun and they taught him a lot. He told me I should go next time! UNC RULEZ

I can only speak on behalf of what my daughter experienced and from a coach's and parents point of view.

Nike Performance camp is actually the main sponsor for camps all across the US.

I can tell you that she walked away with a more confident attitude on and off the court. They were able to help her with some fundamental skill issues that I was unable to get her to correct.

(mainly a bad habit of an arm snapping movement at the last second before making a pass)

She has also made a few friends that she still talks to til this day, even though they are states and miles away.
