  1. As a minor, you cannot do much about contributing actively with UNICEF except by participating in its projects and supporting its aims.

  2. In terms of volunteering, there isn't really anything you can do - in order to volunteer or intern with UNICEF, you have to have at least an undergraduate (college) education, go through extensive training not suitable for minors, and they prefer for you to be enrolled in a graduate program or to have already completed your master's degree.  But that can just go on your agenda in the coming years, should your interest stay, and you can start saving money for that because their internships are usually unpaid.

For someone your age, you can start with local awareness.  Hold informal meetings at your high school, ask some of your teachers if they know of any meetings for someone your age looking to become involved with human rights organization - even Amnesty International, a private human rights organization would be good to become involved with, since they work very closely with the UN and UNICEF.  Try to get some of your classmates involved in the UNICEF cause, if you're comfortable with that.  Other than that, the only thing you can do is wait until college or after high school graduation to become really involved on your college campus or overseas.
