UNIFORM PROBLEMS! I hate our teams new uniforms, what do i do?

Okay so club season is about to start. We had freakin cute unifroms last year and this year they are UGLY! Should i say something or just suck it up? I know it doesn't matter how you look, just how you play but....seriously!

Suck it up.  After the season is over, ask what was wrong with the old uniforms?

say something but if you are the only one who thinks this you won't get considered try to get the entire team to disagree if you are the only one your thought won't matter.

Check with your team mates to see if they think the same way you think.  If they also think your uniforms are UGLY, talk with your coach.  See if your coach will do a one on one with you.

I would say something.  But be careful.  Ask politely.  You could be telling your coach that these are UGLY uniforms and your coach could be the one who designed them.  

If they will not make a change, just play this year and offer to help design the uniforms for next year.  People that just critical often get ignored.  If you are critical AND you offer to help make things better, they will listen to you.

If you dont like the way you look then you should probally step up and say somthing because you dont want to be playing out there and people taking your pictures and cheering you on with an ugly uniform on do you? I had the same problem when I was on this strange team for some sport and the uniforms were way to GUYISH so I said somthing about it and they got changed.

I wouldnt cause the drama this year since uniforms are already out but maybe at the end of the season you could all vote on uniforms that would be better for next year.  Good luck!

talk to your coach about doing fund raisers like bake sales or car washes ( stuff like that ) or have everyone parent chip in a little to get some more money to buy ones in magazines or online , which online usually has better deals on big groups

yeah i get where you're coming from.  you kind of have to suck it up this year because chances are those uniforms weren't cheap.  towards the end of the season though talk to your club director and say you know maybe some of the girls should sit down with the people who pick uniforms and they can make the decision together.  i think your club director would like the fact that you are trying in the nicest way possible to make everyone happy.  good luck on your club season by the way =]

yeh go for it and ask how come they changed and if u can get cute oneslike last yr if the coach says no suck it up and play like a pro! im sure ur not the only one who doesnt like them..

I would suggest that you ask your team what they think of the new uniforms and tell the coach about what you girls think. Maybe she can change the uniforms, but when she can't do anything about it, you can either suck it up or talk to the athletic director or principal of the school.

If I were you, I would get the opinion of my teamates and tell the coach. If she were to say No, then I would just accept that I have the UGLY uniforms...
