Don't believe it.  It is a hoax and not true.  Take a warning, if it is from Nigeria.    Scams from that country are numerous and do not fall for the letters they send.  Check it out , thoroughly.

Unless you contacted the company yourself, and have been in direct contact with them, then it is a scam.  Do not provided them with any personal data or send any funds to them.  Ignore them. Remember, Nigeria + Fax/mail/Internet = Fraud.
