UPS Departure Scan.?

Question

hello i was wondering my 360 went to germany to get fixed and before it said returned to shipper and i didnt know what that ment and now i phoned them up and they said tht it was still in germany I dont know whats going on i looked at it this morning and it said nurnberg de Departure scan . and i phoned up and they said that it was on its way back to uk but it hasent updated the system because its still says returned to shipper (RETURNED TO FRANKFURT DE.) Can someboody please help me solve this problem thanks alot.

This is what i got when I sent my xbox away, then when it came back i got a new tracking code
