UPS Exception Status?

I bought a PS3 on eBay and it got shipped but the status of the order is exception and then I found out the package is lost and the seller said he has never dealt with this kind of problem, should I be worried?

Talk to the seller and confirm the package numbers, and destination codes them have him call UPS and he call you back.
