UPS Help!!!!!!!?

Question

I am susposed to be receiving a package from UPS and it was susposed to arrive today however I wasn't home earlier and it said it has been delivered when I tracked it and it said it's on the porch but the package is nowhere to be found PLEASE help i'm freakin out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!! the same thing happened to me. The DHL guy left it at the door, and no note. I tracked the package through the website and it said that the package was delivered last week, and left on the door!!! I never saw the package....I dont even know if they are speaking the truth. I am thinking to file a lost claim. Why dont you do that too.......

Exactly why UPS or Fedex should never ever leave a package unattended even if a "signature required" was not ordered. They are not capable of determining a safe spot to leave someone's package outside. The only thing you can really do now is to file a claim.

Read what I posted for healthfanatic and maybe you could do the same. I've had this happen many times. Again hopefully that helps.
