Go to the nearest UPS sorting facility and fill out an application.  You can probably do it online at UPS.com.

If you're looking to drive a truck, you'll have to wait.  UPS is controlled by the Teamsters Union and so everything is seniority based (they could care less about merit).  On average, you have to sort packages for like 7+ years before they'll let you drive the truck.
