I ordered a package that requires a signature through UPS Ground. Im currently on vacation tracking my package. Right now it says "Delivered" but I don't see how. It's the right adress. Does delivered mean at my door? Because it's $300 and I don't want it waiting at my front door for 5 more days.

  1. UPS has a policy called "Driver Release" as follows:

Driver Release is a UPS residential delivery policy that allows a UPS driver to leave a package at a private residence without getting a signature. At the discretion of the driver, a package can be left out of sight and out of weather.

This policy does not apply in all areas, but if yours is one of the areas allowed, the package is likely sitting outside, hopefully somewhere safe.
