mount hope is an hour away from my home but then it got sent to concord over night!?!?!?!?! thats approx 2 hours away... there site says

Status: In Transit

Rescheduled Delivery: 03/25/2008

its now 3:10pm....can I get my package today?..

I'm starting to get really frustrated.

its possible Mount hope is just a distribution center (they

they just sort out package for the other areas

(concord is probably where they will load your package on to

a package car (UPS van) for delivery)

first of all, ups sucks. They always get lost and I have to pick up my packages about a half hour away, so I no longer do business with companies that will not ship fedex.

You might get it today, the place they sent it to could be where the delivery trucks pick up their packages for your area. But, you could call your local ups warehouse ( if you can get the number ) and they can tell you if the driver is still out, and if the driver had problems with that delivery for some reason. The only way I got the local warehouse number was capturing it when they called me one time. It will take some time thought the 800 number to get the info.
